I don't think it's messed up at all. Colleges take a lot of time to review the thousands of applications that come in. Someone's got to do it, and someone should get paid to do it. Also, in case you didn't realize, colleges are businesses, and like all businesses, they need to make money. Just the facts of life. It sucks, but welcome to the real world.-A Friend
Hmm...Well, yes. But it certainly is expensive.....Especially if one has no Fairy Godmother to magically slip the money in the envelope....But it's well worth it in the end.
Yeah, I know what you mean - my application fee was $60. I'm consoling myself with the fact that it's much, much less than the tuition.
LOL Yea, those are fun. I mostly avoided most of those. Such as I applied online one place so they waved the cost for applying, but there were a couple places. I also didn't apply many places. :)
